Investors looking for a home in the Caribbean may be able to get a good deal in the Bahamas, it has been claimed. According to the FreePort News, the archipelago's property market is primed for buyers because sellers have fewer options in the current financial climate. James Sarles, a real estate broker, said that flexibility is the most important quality buyers must have when meeting a seller, so that both parties can win and accomplish their objectives. He said: "If you are in a financial position to buy this is a great time because prices are going to rise as the hope sets in and the world recovers from this slump."TheBahamas.com says that Grand Bahama is full of "ecological wonders" which visitors to the island can explore. It has the longest underwater limestone cave system and on Gold Rock Beach, holidaymakers can visit all six of the islands ecosystems.
