BRAZILIAN BUYING COSTS

Buying property in Brazil can be as easy as 1,2,3 but you need to know what its going to cost you

All properties will incur

• ITIV (similar to VAT): approx. 3,5%
• Title Deed(cost for the Notary office) : approx. 1,25%
• Registration of the deeds: 0,75%
• Legal fees: approx. 2%

In all you need to allow about 7% for your costs on top of the purchase price of your property
