buyers of property abroad should not act rashly

People who are looking to buy a property in Bulgaria or indeed anywhere have been encouraged to take their time when making a purchase.
Quest Bulgaria magazine said foreign property buyers need to consider a number of factors when choosing their ideal location, such as the availability of public services.
Therefore, it believes people would benefit from researching the market thoroughly before making any commitments.
In particular, it recommended that prospective buyers check the proximity of facilities such as shops, doctors and emergency services to their chosen property.
Quest Bulgaria added that would-be purchasers may also wish to remain in close contact with people at home.
This prompted it to suggest that consumers find out whether their ideal location has adequate telecommunications provision, such as high-speed internet connections.
The advice comes after the EU identified Bulgaria as one of the fastest-growing economies in Europe, which could make the country attractive to potential investment buyers.
