Cape Verde property is a similar tale to many such places; paradise holds its value even in a downturn. However, while prices haven't fallen per se, actual sales have fallen drastically, and anyone who has the cash ready to buy immediately can get a swift bargain with a clever offer.

However, Cape Verde property prices grew rapidly and quickly went outside the reach of most speculative investors. Again, these are now returning to see what they can do in the current market.
