• Monthly Fee Option - £120 + VAT (set monthly fee) view contract
  Add unlimited properties to our database and receive your enquiries via email with no further charges or commission to pay. A Free Company profile page with your company description, details, logo and a link to your properties worth £30-£50 per month. Agent Profile Example >
  
  
• Pay Per Lead - £10 + VAT (per lead generated) view contract
  Here is what we supply you with : Clients name | Address | Telephone Number | Your property details. Clients also have the option to add the following to their enquiry: Make a viewing appointment | Ask questions | Enquire about other properties | Enquire about services.

• Agent Profile - £30 - £50 + VAT (monthly fee) more details
  We will create an Agent Profile page detailing information about you and your company. The page will also include your property listings.
  
  
• White Label Search Facility - £115 + VAT (set-up fee) + £90 + VAT (monthly fee) more details
  We can implement our Property Search Facility on your very own website. Your site would then generate enquiries about our properties. You will receive a 50% commission share on all successful sales.
