We have a simple standard contract for all three options above and all are 12 month contracts with a minimum 1 months notice for cancellation. We don't like to tie anyone up in lengthy contracts but we are pleased to state that we have never had an agent or developer cancel with us yet.

This will place your property in front of every person that visits the country section main page i.e.: Bulgaria. The Sponsored Property listings are listed in a specific position above the search boxes and the fold on every main country section within our site.

Prices for Sponsored Property Listings are £250.00+ vat per month and link through to a specific page on our website about your property with an additional link through to your own website.
