Buying a property abroad can be a worthwhile
and enjoyable experience. However, you will need to consider the
legal side of the purchase at some stage. Although using a solicitor
is not a legal requirement in order to buy an investment property abroad in
most countries it certainly is worth the peace of mind knowing that
you have covered all aspects of the legalities involved. Afterall
you wouldn't buy a property in you're own country without one would
you!
