estonia could offer good yields

Overseas property investors might be able to get good yields if they purchase a property in Estonia at the right time, it has been claimed.
According to Quintessentially Estates, Estonia offers a number of attractions for buyers, such as a rich culture, beaches and great architecture.
It also has a strong tourist trade with Scandinavia, which could mean that owners of rental accommodation might find a strong demand for short-term leases and holiday homes.
Lily Simpson, head of business development at Quintessentially Estates, said: "If you buy a property at the right time with the right interest rates, then you are going to be getting a good yield."
The Global Property Guide's website claims that the prices in Estonia's Tallinn fell during 2008 by 11.02 per cent in nominal terms.
Knight Frank's Global Price index indicated that during the last 12 months, the cost of housing in Estonia has dropped by 16 per cent.
