Overseas property investors might be able to get good yields if they purchase a property in Estonia at the right time, it has been claimed. According to Quintessentially Estates, Estonia offers a number of attractions for buyers, such as a rich culture, beaches and great architecture. It also has a strong tourist trade with Scandinavia, which could mean that owners of rental accommodation might find a strong demand for short-term leases and holiday homes. Lily Simpson, head of business development at Quintessentially Estates, said: "If you buy a property at the right time with the right interest rates, then you are going to be getting a good yield."The Global Property Guide's website claims that the prices in Estonia's Tallinn fell during 2008 by 11.02 per cent in nominal terms.
