germany recommended to property investors

Overseas property investors could potentially get healthy returns in Germany, it has been revealed.
According to Invista Real Estate Investment Management, the country is one of the safest markets in the whole of Europe, reports Property Wire.
This puts it ahead of rival investment hotspots such as Italy, France and Belgium, as well as Spain, Ireland and Portugal.
Germany was said to be a good option because it has a wide variety of investment opportunities, as well as the potential to get good returns in the medium-term.
Tim Francis, head of continental European research at Invista, commented: "We believe the German property market should consolidate its position as a key investment target for diversified investors."
Germany was recently recommended to foreign property buyers by the NuBricks.com website.
The online portal said the country offers "a solid rental base" and is a much safer bet than an emerging market.
