We are primarily an Internet based company based in the UK. All of the properties we advertise on our website are added to our database directly by agents and developers from around the world. See below for enquiring about our properties.

Enquiring about Overseas Investment Property on our site

We have over 70,000 properties featured in our database all of which are added by local estate agents and developers from over 60 countries abroad - see the locations we cover.

IMPORTANT:
If you find a property that you would like further details on then simply click on the Make Enquiry button accompanying every property, complete the details and this will send an automated email to the agent or developer that has added the property. They will in turn reply directly to you. If you find you have not received a reply from them within 72 hours then please feel free to contact us and we will chase the agent on your behalf. We do not have any further details on any of the properties featured.

In addition to our normal property database we also feature property for sale by owners FSBO.

As the overseas property market grows so too does the need for private owners who want/need to sell their overseas property. We feature a dedicated page with over 200 properties for sale by owners - here you can view and contact FSBO owners about their individual properties for sale on our website.

Our Opening Times

We are open: Mon - Fri 09.00 - 17.30 - we are not open on a Saturday or Sunday

Enquiries: Please enquire about properties using the "Make Enquiry" button that accompanies every property that we list. We advertise for agents and developers worldwide and as such we do not have any further information on any of the properties that we have listed within our system. This way you deal direct with the agent, developer or private seller direct and not the 'middle man'.
