hungary is a safe place to buy property

Those considering buying property in Europe could find that Hungary is a good place to invest, an expert has suggested.
According to Liam Bailey, director of Write About Property, the country has a stable market.
While it has rarely seen "exceptional growth", Hungary has not experienced some of the dramatic declines that other property markets have.
He noted that rural areas in the central European country could prove to be particularly good value as they are relatively cheap.
Despite this, Mr Bailey said lifestyle buyers are more likely to want homes in the cities, where rental yields might also be higher.
"Holiday home buyers will obviously buy where they want to have their holidays," he commented.
Colliers International Real Estate Review for Hungary reported that 2009 will be a buyers market in the country, noting that investors could find quality products at lower prices.
