The name of the village is sufficient to understand the beauty of the location. Colledoro, in fact, means "golden hill"; due to the breathtaking view of the Apennine mountains, including the Gran Sasso (the highest mountain in central Italy). The quiet and relaxing has 40 inhabitants and is well connected to the other surrounding towns. People for all central Italy come here to taste the local specialities. Curiously enough one of the new inhabitant is a Scotsman who recently bought a house here.
The house is located just a few minutes outside the village. It is a three level property including 5 bedrooms, one living room / kitchen, a cellar and a shed. The lovely house comes with 4 Ha including a small wood and approximately 60 olive trees.
