investment opportunity in high end malaysia property at low prices

As reports that low end property sectors are beginning to recover throughout Asia begin to circulate, overseas property portal Property Abroad, are offering high end off plan properties in Malaysia at low end prices.
This allows people to make an incredible profit when the developments are completed.
"People that buy these luxury properties off plan will easily be able to sell them for a profit. Low end property sectors are recovering throughout Asia because of the growing demand for affordable housing. Owners of high end off plan property bought for low end prices will be able to sell the completed luxury properties at affordable prices," said Les Calvert, director of the portal.
"They will make a god profit very quickly, and the buyer's will get a great home for a good price, everybody wins," he added.
Property Abroad are currently advertising dozens of properties for sale in Malaysia, many of which could be called high end properties at low end prices.
The Axis development is the portal's lowest priced off plan offering in Malaysia. It offers luxury 2 bedroom apartments in Mont Kiara, one of Kuala Lumpur's rapid growth districts for under £57,000.
Mont Kiara has a growing demand for affordable housing, and the Axis development is certainly luxurious. For the fast rising companies, with new execs looking for housing developments like the Axis will be highly sought after. Therefore buyers of Axis apartments will be well placed to make a profit when the development is completed.
