Situated on the coast of the Adriatic Sea lies the tiny republic of Montenegro. Though small, this newest European nation is certainly not short on places of interest for the visitors. The country announced its independence from the former Union of Serbia and Montenegro in 2006 and became the then World’s newest sovereign State.
