investors could find opportunities in morocco

An expert in the property industry has stated that overseas property buyers could find a solid investment opportunity in Fez, Morocco.
Frederic Sola of Fez Real Estate said that prices have remained stable in the ancient north-African city, reports NuWire Investor.
The country has no restrictions on foreigners buying real estate and Suzanna Clarke, author of A House in Fez: Building a Life in the Ancient Heart of Morocco said it overseas investment is encouraged.
Mr Sola said: "We are optimistic about the future of the real estate [market] in Fez; the city is becoming a destination for internal and external tourism."
He added that there is an abundance of government plans to enhance tourist activities and help make the city more attractive for foreign investors.
Morocco is already attracting investment from the Gulf and in the last month, two firms have launched projects in the country, one of which laid the foundations for a $1.3 billion (£890,000) real estate project, reports Gulf News.
