morocco attracts foreign property buyers

Overseas property investors are increasingly looking at entering the Moroccan market, industry analysts have said.
According to NuWireInvestor, Africa's accelerating rate of economic growth is making it an attractive proposition for many foreign buyers.
As a result, more and more people are choosing to enter markets such as Morocco in order to cash in on its continuing expansion.
NuWireInvestor commented: "News about real estate investment opportunities in north African countries such as Morocco has been buzzing around for some time."
The publication added that on the whole, the continent's economy is performing at its strongest level in many years.
Therefore, it believes that property investors who make a purchase relatively soon could enjoy "huge benefits" further down the line.
According to research by the Property Investor Show, 72 per cent of those who plan to invest abroad this year are looking at less-established countries.
