morocco good for property investors

Morocco has been highlighted as a good place for foreign property investors to make a purchase.
According to Henry Emson, owner of a residence in Agadir, the north African country offers both financial and lifestyle attractions.
Speaking to the Daily Mail, he said he was able to buy a beachfront house in the region for just £50,000.
In addition, he stated that the country is highly accessible, as low-cost airlines offer direct flights from the UK.
This, he continued, is "good news" for property owners because they are having a direct effect on rental demand in Morocco.
"It's a great winter sun destination," Mr Emson added.
"I wouldn't hesitate in bringing my parents or friends with young children to Agadir."
Last month, Ryanair described Agadir as a destination which is becoming "increasingly popular" with holidaymakers from the UK.
The budget carrier recently announced new flights to the region from London's Stansted Airport.
