poland attracts foreign property buyers
News Posted On: 05 September 2008
Overseas property investors are increasingly considering various opportunities in Poland, experts have stated.
According to NuBricks.com, the eastern European country is rapidly emerging as a popular tourist destination, partly on the strength of its cultural attractions.
Indeed, Warsaw was recently highlighted as a hotspot of activity by the Post Office, as it is the cheapest cultural destination in Europe.
NuBricks.com said this has not gone unnoticed by foreign property buyers, many of whom are keen to reap the economic rewards of growing tourism in Poland.
Chintan Mahida, spokesperson for the website, observed: "Warsaw fares very well on the cultural cost charts for travel, accommodation and tours - a fact that has not escaped the attention of seasoned property investors."
This comes after research by Knight Frank revealed that house prices in eastern Europe are rising at a much higher rate than in the west of the continent.
