So what's the deal?

Well, you can actually buy the freehold plot or lease a plot over a 20 year period. With full title deeds, plots range from 225 sq.m and cost from €32,000 euros complete with electricity, water and waste facilities you will be hard pushed to find a similar deal elsewhere when looking to find Spanish property for sale

You then decide from the fantastic range of prefabricated homes choosing one that most suits your needs and budget. There is a community charge which covers security and maintenance of the park, this is currently 50 euros per month for freehold plots otherwise it is included in the 300 euros rent per month for the leasehold plots.

All the prices quoted include the following,
