You're sitting in your car waiting patiently at a zebra crossing on a cold and miserable Friday afternoon in March. Thoughts of your imminent departure to Spain and a week in your recently constructed luxury Spanish villa enter your mind as you watch a man in a wheelchair having trouble crossing the street in the pouring rain.
