The region's top theme parks and wildlife parks might make the Costa Blanca the ideal destination for families looking for activities they can all enjoy.
Terra Mitica theme park is situated in Benidorm on the east coast of Spain and it provides children with the chance to go on rides based on the Mediterranean's ancient civilisations.
With two-day passes available for between €30 (£25) and €48, those who have bought property in the area could find their children will be able to learn and have fun on the sunny coast of Spain, reports WhatsOnWhen.com.

The famous Costa Blanca waterpark is also situated in Benidorm and the daring punters who pay the €18 to €25 entry fee will be able to test their bravery on the vertical slide or the Black Hole, where kids and grown-ups alike can slide through a dark tube on a rubber ring.

Alternatively, families with a love of nature and animals might find that the Mundomar wildlife park offers an educational yet fun-filled day of activities.
