Pop icon Kylie Minogue is apparently considering buying property on the Costa Brava.
The 40-year-old singer was photographed looking at beach property in the popular region of Spain, reports the Daily Mail.
After a tough year, the star said she has committed to taking some time off to relax, see friends and family and enjoy some recreational activities, such as golf.
"All my life I've worked very hard and I’ve always talked about trying to find a balance," Minogue said.
People looking to emulate the Australian performer might consider buying property on the Costa Brava to enjoy regular sunshine and beautiful beaches.
SpanishPropertyWorld.com recommended the beaches of Barcelona, which were cleaned up for the 1992 Olympics.
It also identified the beaches at Lloret de Mar as good options for those who want to enjoy Spanish nightlife while staying in their property in Spain.
