This Mar Menor Golf Resort was initially conceived with a surface area of 700,000
m² and 750 homes. The homes have been delivered, and all services are operational
and currently being enjoyed by the residents. The success of this project led us
to expand it by an additional 885,000 m², with new home offerings, greater
services, and more land for parks, sports and leisure.
The pioneer resort from Polaris World currently comprises 750 brightly-coloured
detached villas situated just 10 minutes away from the magnificent beaches and waters
of the Mar Menor lagoon, the sun and the beach represent the required factors that
come together to create the perfect setting for this Resort. A setting that is unique,
headed by an 18-hole golf course that runs along the entire complex, and includes
hairdressing services, bars, restaurants, a fitness centre, a travel agency, swimming
pools and a five-star Intercontinental hotel.
At the heart of the complex the Town Centre houses all types of amenities along
with the 5 star InterContinental Hotel & Spa with bars, restaurants and swimming
pool. Thanks to the success of the project, an extension is underway to offer additional
properties and extend the golf course and leisure areas.

There are 1,2,3 bedroomed apartments available on Mar Menor Phase II as well as townhouses
and Villas all built to the high standards that Polaris World has become renowned
for.
The apartment architecture was designed by prestigious architect Melvin Villarroel,
who imbues each one with his "void" concept. He is the authentic master behind the
conception and execution of that architecture. A comprehensive design that allows
him to very skilfully combine open spaces: sun, air, plants, water and architecture.

A challenging course to begin playing - Make the golf course your place to relax,
practice and enjoy. You can play on Mar Menor Golf Resort´s golf course over
the current nine holes in operation, designed by Nicklaus Design. These holes will
be expanded with another nine. A total of 18 holes to be enjoyed by players of all
levels, perfect for professionals and amateurs. It will be an 18-hole, par 68 golf
course with ample tees and highly compensated, where the recovery holes will benefit
everyone's scorecards.
Its spectacular design demands a diverse range of shots to successfully overcome
the obstacles, making its round an ideal place to hold tournaments, with the extra
incentive offered by the various water hazards that embellish the course and global
views. The lakes play an important role as the game progresses, requiring of the
player great skills and composure when facing these types of obstacles.
