Buying a property in Thailand can be a worthwhile
and enjoyable experience. However, you will need to consider the
legal side of the purchase at some stage. Although using a
solicitor is not a legal requirement in order to buy a property abroad in
most countries it certainly is worth the peace of mind knowing that
you have covered all aspects of the legalities involved. Afterall
you wouldn't buy a property in you're own country without one would
you!
