thailand has some great investment locations

Overseas property investors could find that Thai holiday destinations such as Phuket and Koh Samui are "great places" to buy homes, it has been claimed.
According to Nick Marr, chief executive officer of HomesGoFast.com, leisure travellers are expanding their range of interest in Thailand with many opting to take breaks outside of Bangkok.
He said favourite places for holidaymakers could prove to be wise investment choices, noting that some properties can be purchased at a low price compared to other top vacation destinations elsewhere in the world.
"Holiday hotspots make great places to invest and it seems Phuket and Koh Samui are only just beginning, making them a good place to conduct your own research," he said.
In December 2008, CB Richard Ellis reported that the total supply of hotel rooms in Phuket rose by 0.3 per cent in the third quarter of last year taking the total number of rooms available up to 8,315.
