People who are considering purchasing a foreign property have been pointed towards Venezuela.According to the Times, the South American country is currently attracting a lot of attention among the investment fraternity.Isla Margarita, which is located 40 miles north of the mainland, was highlighted as one of the main hotspots of activity, as it offers a number of lifestyle attractions."It has all the benefits of any Caribbean island, without many of the downsides," the Times commented.For example, the newspaper said it offers warm sea, soft sand and clement weather, as well as no hurricanes.The publication added that house prices in Isla Margarita are highly affordable in comparison with many Caribbean islands.According to Cater Allen Private Bank, over three million Britons are likely to purchase a foreign residence within the next two years.Overseas Property - serving the overseas property market since 1992
